I like the fact that we were able to see our door and gate before powder coating. We requested a minor change, which they handled no problem. Installation was quick. The product is not cheap, but considering it is a custom product with high quality, it is worth it."

"I can't tell you how disappointed we are with the quality of the workmanship involved with the doors we purchased. Not in our wildest dreams would we expect to have powder coating not last or show flaws on such expensive doors. To have as many cracks in the finish, to me, is obvious a workmanship issue. Out of the 3 doors we have, and looking more closely, cracks (which lead to chipped paint) shows up on both sides of the double door, which is crazy. Our 3rd door shows no sign of failure. To add injury to this situation, the company quotes us $6370 to repair, where the original cost $8280. Why didn't you just say, we'll sell you a new door and screw what we already paid!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone I know as, obviously, there is an issue on potential failure of the product."
