"<p>When I turned on the breaker for the water heater, the Main Circuit Panel started arcing. At that point, turning the water heater back off off did not resolve the problem, still arcing, so I had to cut the main breaker to the house. I called A-Team, who have done good work for me before, and they interrupted their planned evening out, came over promptly, identified and corrected the problem within 1/2 hour. Without their attention and service, we would have lost our evening, the food in the freezer and refrigerator and had to hang around the following day (Saturday) to wait for someone to do the repair. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I have had neighbors tell me that the price of $185 is high for the time they spent on the job, but I disagree. "First visit to our house was for estimate to wire new island and existing cabinet for new oven and cooktop. Date to start work was discussed and Mr. Gresham agreed to begin work as soon as the cabinet maker delivered the new kitchen island. While we waited for the new island, we realized an existing outlet have to be moved about 16 inches to the left to allow for new granite backsplash. We called Mr Gresham and he returned the next day to determine it the outlet could be moved where we wanted it. This added only a small amount to the original estimate. We notified Mr. Gresham the day the island was delivered and he began work three business days later. He and is son (this is a family business) completed the work in about two and one-half days. The work was entirely satisfactory, the price was as estimated and the work area was left cleaner that when he began work. We were pleased and will use him again for any home remodel or update. <br />"
