"On 8/27/18, I had my roof replaced by Seawright Solutions and although they did a decent job, I probably should have followed my first instinct and went with another company. There are many roofing companies in Columbia, many who would do a great job at a fair price AND ensure that their customers receive the professionalism and respect they deserve. Whether spending one dollar or thousands on a project, if you are the kind of person that expects good customer service, professional business practices, and respect as a buyer, you may want to consider working with another company. A company is only as good as it's owner and I must say that the owner of Seawright Solutions has very little concern, care or respect for those that support his business, his customers! I have never written a bad review yet I truly felt that I had to share my experience for the benefit of others. Although, at this point, I have no problems with the roof work that was done, Mr. Brennan’s unprofessional business practices, which includes altered proposals, an unclear cancellation policy, deficient customer communication, and inadequate work site supervision, clean-up and job completion procedures, along with his lack of concern for expressed customer dissatisfaction, in my opinion, should cause one to give thought before working with this company. Again, this was my unfortunate experience, I pray that yours would be different!"
