"It went well. Kevin showed up first day with his crew and got everything started. They began at 7 am and they were done by 230/3 . Took three days to complete roof. I thought it was nice that he offered to fix the gutters and clean them. Not much more cost for that. They cleaned up everything only left over a few shingles. And I left the garage open for them on the last day. I noticed the garage wasn't operating properly when I got home. No biggy because it was just the censor got bumped and I put it back in place. <br />"

"I'm a single woman who owns my home by myself. Randy and his team were incredibly understanding and professional people. They were with me every step of the way, had my best interests in mind and are passionate about what they do. They worked with my insurance, talking with adjusters both locally and in Missouri to get the needed outcomes. My home actually flooded with raw sewage twice, neither were caused by Berry Construction. The first flood on March 3rd resulted from the original contractor not installing a back flow sewage check valve when the home was built three years ago. The second back up in the first week of April was from toilet paper that had accumulated within the line. After the second back up, Berry recommended a great plumber who correctly resolved the issue. Berry met, what initially seemed to be impossible deadlines without sacrificing quality. My little brother got married on April 23, 2016 and I needed my house ready for guests. Even though some of the initial work Berry did was scrapped due to the second back up, they still met the timeline needed to have my home ready for my little brother’s wedding. Again, this was a nightmare of a sewage situation but Berry Construction did everything right to give me my home back. I highly, highly recommend them to others."

"Jody and his team are beyond amazing.  We called a few days ago, and like all other roofers in the area, he is swamped because of the pending "el-nenio".  I asked my wife to try again, and Jody happen to finish a job, and was willing to come over.  When he realized that he would be a little later than what he had promised, Jody called and let her know. <br />   Jody and his helper walked the whole roof, and had the repairs done quickly.  He is extremely professional, polite and reasonably priced.  Something you rarely find in a trade person. <br /> I highly recommend JB's Roofing to anyone in his service area. <br />"

"I would recommend Modern Roofing without reservation. <br /> As a Civil Engineer I have been associated with Engineering and Contractors relating to projects of all types for some 40+ years. Perhaps from that history I tend to be rather critical in evaluating performance. <br /> My home is not conventional in either design or construction (my design) and called some diversion from the standare reroofing job. <br /> The Project Manager listened to my desires and concerns, agreed with my choice of materials, made some well thought out recommendations, and presented a bid well within my estimated range. The bid was consistant with several others. <br /> After the contract was entered into an early date was set, The crew arrived on the day set and  at the time set and announced they would try to complete the job that day. (I had estimated from two to three days <br /> Materials arrived at just the time needed. Indicates good planning. <br /> Two men did have to return for about two hours the next day to finish some work and complete the final clean up. Clean up was greate -no indication of construction trash and even some of mine was gone. <br /> The crew obviously had worked togather for some time and all worked with a minimum of supervision which showed this crew worked as a team consistantly. (no daily pickup members) <br /> The Project Manager was on th site and made sure the work met my approval as the work was performed. <br /> Note: As an old construction stiff there was no way these guys would finish the job without my looking over their shoulder at all times. <br /> Performance was professional,m well managed, and every effort  was made to make sure all work was done to the highest standards."
