Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "The cleaning was supposed to be done after we moved out, so we don't know if it was done well or at all. We were coerced into using this company by the apartment complex where we stayed during the summer of 2016. The carpets and the apartment were immaculate when we moved out, but we had to pay this company anyway. There were a lot less expensive options available, but we had to use this company. Almost certainly a kick-back situation with the complex. We left a check for exactly what we were told by the apartment complex. A few days later we got a terse phone call from the company telling us we didn't pay sales tax!!! We told them we paid what we were told, and that nobody mentioned sales tax. "When I called to get an estimate and set a time for the service Marty was able to give me a estimate from the description of the work with the approximate room measurement I provided. On the day of our appointment hey called to make sure it was alright to arrive 40 minutes early. The cleaning went very well, they were prompt, courteous, friendly, and hard working. We have a light colored carpet in the living room and hallway and there were several bad dark stains that we had tried to get up with over-the-counter products with no success. Every one of the stains was removed during their cleaning. Throughout the process they asked for feedback on the results to make sure we were satisfied and the actual cost was $50.00 less than what was quoted on the phone. "So happy I found this place. Was looking for a large plain area rug or bound carpet remnant for bedroom. They have quite a few carpet remnants. I found the perfect color and they bound it for me. <br />This is a family run business. They are very friendly and provide excellent customer service and quality. Both father and son extremely knowledgeable. Nice to keep the business local too. <br />They have an amazing selection of rugs, any shape and color. I think the quality and price are hard to beat. "They showed up for estimates and the work when they said and did a great job all around.  The new tile fits perfectly around all the edges and the diagonal placement of the tiles is fine.  Decided after their estimate to replace the toilet with a clean sided model, and bought a new OVE one-piece at Menards.  The plumber they hired found that the screws from the floor were the wrong width for that toilet.  We have a 1956 home with cast iron pipe for the toilet, and he showed me to my satisfaction with a tape measure that its adjustment range did not overlap with the new OVE toilet, so we immediately drove to Lowe's and got a new clean sided toilet.  The plumber finished with the sink install and waited while we got the new toilet so he could finish the entire pluming job on the same trip. No extra charge to us for the time he had to wait.  We are very happy with the flooring, the flooring installer, and the plumber that Randy's picked. <br />"
