Mark was quick to address any questions or concerns during and after the job. Once everything was completed, there was some concern that part of the yard would have an issue with water due to sloping. Not only did Mark agree an additional small retaining wall was needed, but he didn't charge for the extra work (and as the owner was even one of the two people who fixed the issue). He recently came back for a small job on some fencing and as usual went above an beyond.
