Brad came out took a look at the job room by room evaluated what needed to be accomplished and provided a rough estimate before he walked out the door. Very professional, very easy to speak with. When the team arrived we were pleasantly surprised they did not start painting immediately; they spent almost a day 1/2 prepping!! from caulking around the windows and doors to hanging enough plastic tarp in the kitchen to protect the cabinets that it resembled an operating room.
