As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
