"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Didn't give me much notice they were coming. Work quality was average at best, sloppy drip edge around the corners, sloppy cut with the sheathing and shingles around vents etc. Didn't clean up very well as I'm finding nails everywhere. I only saw the "foreman" once because I called him. Ended up having to buy my own plumbing vent pipe and furnace vent flashing because they didn't bring them. Spent $13000 and not once did anyone ask me if I was satisfied or happy with the work. Only positive is it was done fast."

My check was lost in the mail and I received harassing and threatening calls and Rolox was about to put a lien on my house and charge me a $495 fee and 24% interest rate but halted when they received my reissued check that I had previously indicated to them was in the mail when they continued to keep calling asking for payment."

"They were very good and professional. The measuring was well done and they did not get more materials than needed. They made sure that the skirts around the skylights were sealed correctly so they would not leak. The process was also very quick; they finished in one day. "McRoof handled my insurance company for me. They met their inspector and he pointed out to the inspector the problem areas. They documented it and agreed my hail damage was extensive enough for a new roof. McRoof pealed off all my old roof, all my old nails and staples. They cleaned the deck and repaired a few soft spots in my deck. I love having Scott teach me what he was going to do and teach me what was going on the entire time. Scott and his crew sent my insurance company enough pictures they did not even send an inspector as all details were caught in pictures. They had a guy on the ground cleaning the entire time. They used massive magnets to ensure all nails were accounted for. My wife is so happy we chose McRoof as our roofing company. We will hide them again and refer our friends already."
