"We hired Bill Dow to do some electrical work for us. We are new to the area, so I searched Angie's list and saw all the great reviews he had. Bill showed up right on time to. Give us an estimate. He was very courteous and reasonable. We had him add an outside LED to our garage, update the back outside flood lights to LED's, add a 3way switch to an existing outside light, add 2 outlets, one outside and one in the master bath (GFI). He also added and outlet to our basement. when he arrived to do the work, he showed up on time, did a very neat job and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. We had him pick out the outside LED flood lights, as we were not sure what we needed. The units he picked are nice, bright and light up the back and side yards perfectly. Everything was done as he stated. We are both very fussy. He did the job as if we had done it ourselves, (if we could have!) It is perfect. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him. He deserves a 5 star rating!"

"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. "Great after talking to Mr Collins he suggested it was a GFI outlet issue. I didn't think there were any in the basement of my 100 yo house. He said he's come out after work. After we hung up I started checking and sure enough the whole string of outlets is on a several GFIs. I never noticed they were GFIs because they are all beige instead of red/black like the others. This call saved me a lot time and money. I've waited 4 weeks for an appt from another company. Guess from now on I'll now be using Collins Electric!"

"I don't understand why instead of drilling 2 more holes in wall, they would not replace the ones already there. I ask and they said "i don't know" i said what about the old one and was told they will be dumby ones. The worse was suppose to be here by 8:30am, i had to call at almost 10am to find out where they were."
