"Home Genius started my roofing project early today and did an excellent job. Clean up was superior and they finished by 1pm! I would highly recommend them for any outside exterior projects. AJ the project manager kept us updated throughout the day and shared photos of the project. Choose Home Genius for your roofing project!"

"I need the company phone to call to get a date setup for a estimate."

"Craig came out and gave me a very competitive estimate to repair my siding (less than his counterparts). He was also quickly able to tell exactly what make/color I had without having to go through a week+ of research. His installation team took a couple days longer to get to my house than planned but overall they did a good job on the work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs siding work."

"They replaced the Roof on my building and did a good job with reasonable prices, they are the best roofers in town. I will recommend then. 100%"

"I had a few roofing companies come out to look at my roof because it was 18 years old and I was noticing the gravel stuff was coming down my downspouts. All of them said the same thing, that my roof needed replacing and gave quotes. I chose Carlton because their quote was detailed and I had used Carlton before on a leak and knew they were punctual. Chris kept in touch with me while I waited for another company to remove my gutter guards. I let him know when they would be out to remove and he was able to schedule the roof replacement for the same week. He contacted me the day before the install to make sure that the materials had arrived and to verify the time for the next morning. Chris arrived at 7:00 am and his guys were not that far behind. The guys worked hard all day and cleaned up very well. They replaced I think 3 sheets of plywood on the roof. Chris was onsite most of the day, he brought them drinks and breakfast, which impressed me. The color he chose looks very good on the house, its not jet black, I think he chose Moiree black. Per the quote it took 21 squares if Architectural shingles. My house is a 1 story ~1200 sq foot house"

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"We hired Galvan Renovations to install a privacy fence in Easley. They did a fantastic job! They were the first to respond, when I started looking for contractors. Additionally they always responded quickly and kindly to any questions I had. The work was done quickly and to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did!!! They will definitely be the first people I call for any future renovations."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.
