Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. "We would like to say thank you to KBA Kitchen & Bath Design & Build for a great job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. The lead project manager, Ervin, was always there to answer our questions, and he went out of his way to always ensure we were happy customers! Ervin also visited on many occasions to give us updates on project progress and keeping his crew updated on any changes. The installation team always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. Anna, Ervin and the crew were always very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout this project. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome as we absolutely love our bathrooms! "Chris has done two jobs for us and he’ll be our first call for the next. The first job involved replacing carpet for hardwood floors in the family room, re-tiling the fireplace, and installing a new door to the yard. Right before, we discovered a washing machine leak which had ruined our kitchen subfloor. No problem for Chris and his team - they tackled it like expected. The second job was the entire remodel of our master bathroom (sink, tub, toilet, shower, tiles). We discovered many cut corners from the prior job. Again, no problem. Our bathroom looks phenomenal now. Most importantly, Chris has your back. During the bathroom remodel, my wife was 8 months pregnant. A Home Depot delivery representative was at our home being anything but customer friendly. Chris happened to be present and interjected, demanding the representative come through for us. He had our back. The Heinz company takes pride in its work. It is very communicative to make sure your expectations are met. They’ll always be our first choice to take care of our home projects."

"Russell and Kayla provided the best service, and quickly sent me a contract to sign and performed the work in less than 4 days. I am thrilled with my upgraded bathroom. The contractors were so polite, on time and performed meticulous work. Total Renovating was so responsive when other companies I reached out to with 5 stars in the published county book never responded or the phone number didn’t work to leave a message. Use these guys, great stuff."

"I needed an outside frost proof faucet replaced and asked for an estimate over the phone which they refused to give, show up fee was $49 so I took a shot. Online estimates for the work were $150-$500, thought it would be on the lower end as it was replaced before so it already had an access panel. They quoted $950!!!! I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned."
