Even before the initial meeting, I was sent a very informative email along with an comprehensive slide show describing the entire process of roof replacement. I had a lot of information going into the initial meeting. The quote came in quickly with many options, the scheduling was simple, and the installation crew was great: professional and thorough. And when they left, other than a beautiful roof, you never knew they were even on our property. Great job from start to finish!"

"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Not only that, he is great at communicating throughout the duration of the job and was available directly by phone. When I had urgent questions I didn't have to go through a call center and wait two days. He picked up immediately and was quick to offer solutions. On multiple occasions, he drove over to my house to check on a leak (that was chimney related and installed by another company) just because he cared about our well-being. All at no charge to us. "A&M Roofing were great. Dave was diligent and patient in his approach to getting our roof and Portico replaced. He responded to multiple callbacks (representation with insurance company, initiated by me) and after about 3 months of waiting, was able to get the roof work done in a couple of weeks. For the portico, the only surprise was that once work began, i was told that railings need to be removed for them to do the work. That was additional cost that i had not anticipated (had to get a handyman to do it) Overall, i would recommend them to anyone getting any roofing related work. Thanks to them again."

When done it was "like it never even happened"- no trash, etc. I really like the warranty as I plan on owning the house for many more years. A quality, professional job at a reasonable price. "Bill Marshall is a gem! When we contacted Bill to inquire about a new roof, he was so helpful. Our roof project was a bigger job than he wanted to take on at this time. They are a small company and don't do large jobs much anymore. However, that didn't stop him from taking tons of his personal time (with no personal gain!) to help me understand the process from start to finish. He guided me and advised me on multiple things and clarified many questions. He spent a lot of time giving me recommendations and other referrals. Even after we had narrowed down a roofer of choice, he still went through and helped comb through contracts and terms with me. He's extremely intelligent and professional and so helpful. I would highly recommend him for those that have smaller jobs. He's detail oriented and just a great guy to work/talk with. Just putting in my two cents for Bill and his team!"
