Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong. Overall, friendly people to work with. "

"Poorly, The foreman dose not check the work at the end of the day. The gates are not like what was discussed. I sent a picture of the gate I wanted with finished wood on the gate not rough cut wood . He said no problem. He never brought a estimate to be signed. They don't show up on time when they say they will. They schedule other work before completing my work The fabricator can not weld very well and is putting grinding marks on the new post's it looks like the work is being done with used material the paint that was used to paint the over the welding has bled into the boards. Not till the fourth time did the foreman make a check off list on work that needs to be completed. They are still not completed. The foreman says I'm being too picky. I didn't appreciate the foreman also threatened me if I don't pay he would put a lien on my home. The post on the single gate was installed to far apart witch now made large gaps on both sides of the gate. The foreman said he was going to go back and buy again a strike plate fore the gates. He still hasn't installed the strike plates for the gates."

I was told about it and given options to choose. I like that I made my own decision. The job was completed on the date given. They also let me inspect after each portion was complete. "i first needed base molding in the guest bath and kitchen. they did this work and it was beautiful. also needed texture on one wall redone. they contracted that work to aderholt drywall and it was exceptional. to have that work done, i waited five months because they were "busy". the total duration of that work was 1.25 days. seven months after that work was done, i still did not have an estimate for replacing the flooring in my entire house, or any of the other whole house remodel i wanted to do. i went in twice and selected materials. i called several times asking for estimates and a time frame to begin replacing my floors, but they never responded. it had now been one full year without any estimates for my projects, no time frame, nobody interested at all. i don't know what happened to this company. at first, everybody was very pleasant to communicate with. did they have me mixed up with somebody else for whom they did not want to work? had they changed owners? i recently went in to their store to ask about a product, and they behaved as if it was a ridiculous inconvenience for anybody to ask about their products and services. they promised to call me with the information i needed but, of course, they never did. also, somebody should remind the women behind the desk that, even if you're whispering, people in the store can hear what you're saying. if it isn't nice, you should probably wait until people are not in the store. overall, i have to give this company a score of one star because of their terrible customer service skills, non-existent follow-up, and general disinterest in their customers. if you're not interested in a job, at the very least you should let the customer know so they can move on."
