"We got in touch with Mountain Side Contractors on a referral and we are so glad we did! They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."

"David, the owner of Mountain Paradise Landscaping, was very prompt in responding and scheduling our service to repair our wooden fence.  He said he would be out between 8 am and 1 pm.  He never showed up nor called.  He did not call back for 4 days and then called us back the following Saturday and said he would be at our house in a half hour.  He brought the wrong sized wooden planks. <br /> His work was good and he offered to do some other work.  He did not offer any explanation why he did not show up on schedule or why he brought the wrong materials. <br /> He kept the price low and he was very friendly. <br /> I would not recommend this business. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"When I went out to the house to see the job I realized the were re-stuccoing the whole house. They did a good job for cheap since the did the whole house. In the end they went above and beyond for what they did. I should have gotten more clarification in the beginning as to what was being done. They did not finish the job in the time they said they would."

"Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction. Docked one notch for missing our first consultation appointment and not calling back by the next day. We almost passed them up because of this. All other criteria we were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them again. I did not rate them on price because we are unfamiliar with the landscaping business and other landscaping companies we contacted were unable to quote us right away due to their workload. The pricing did come in under what we had budgeted, so we were satisfied."

"As a general contractor, he had his plumbing person do the gas line and Adam himself did the rest of the work. <br /> I had a previous flood and worked with a well-known, nation-wide construction company - and I REALLY wish I had gone with Adam instead (I didn't know about him then). Adam was very responsive, did the work when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and was very polite and accommodating, and I believe the cost was fair. "The job took approximately 4-5 months.  Had Kevin and his assistant come daily from 8-5 as stated, it would not have taken so long.  I understand that he was also doing other jobs, and there were personal issues with child care and family,  but I expected a more professional presence.  He would not show for several days in a row and I would not hear anything from him as to whether he was coming back to finish or not.  He would work odd hours, come late and leave early.  I liked Kevin and would have worked with him about the hours, if he would have contacted me, but he didn't.  I can not recommend him.  Maybe he was in over his head, and if so, he should have said something."
