"Wasser & Wasser Inc are great. They have a cherry picker and tractor to do heavy-duty landscaping. I've used them twice over the last couple of years. They're not cheap, but you get about 5 or 6 workers with big equipment. For what they do, they're worth the money. They took away all the mess. There's not a lot of choices for this kind of service in this area."

They don't send an invoice by mail or electronically. This isn't the way it should work. The vendor should proactively provide you with an invoice. If you forget to go to the website, then they actually mail you a statement telling you that your account is in arrears."
