"I contracted my repair with another plumber, Steve Walter of "The Plumbing Company, Steve's Solutions." He was available the next morning. As it turns out Steve knows John well and confirmed the concerns about constant running of a hot water recirculation system. He repaired my system and provided an inexpensive remote control timer ($20) that I've been using since. It's convenient, I keep it handy in my kitchen, and I find that I turn the recirculation on about twice a day for a while in the morning and maybe in the evening for washing dishes or a shower. At other times I don't worry about immediate hot water for hand washing etc. I'm happy with this arrangement and I expect I'm saving energy as well as wear and tear by not having constant hot water flow through the system. <br />"

"Rafael, Francisco & Luis did an excellent job.  They were methodical, precise, and diligent.  The installation was probably one of the most difficult since 2 different size tiles were used and laid in a pattern to mimic hardwood flooring.  In addition, we did not have a tile baseboard installed and the guys were required to cut the tile so it abutted the walls perfectly.  Everyone that has seen the finished product is in awe of its beauty and the quality of work. <br />"

Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people.
