"I am thoroughly pleased with the job. I made the initial phone call. A very polite and professional woman took my information. JR returned my call. Both she and JR gave me confidence that I was dealing with a class-A reputable business, that really helped. JR came out reviewed my job. He laid out his plan, installed the following week as promised. I couldn't be happier with the finished product at any cost. However, his pricing was the best easily crushing all other estimates. I saved $$$, literally between several hundred and thousands (sadly) for what I think to be apples to apples though I'm not 100% on this. Either way, end result and quality of work is exceptional. My driveway was a complete wreck with crumbling gravel, cracks and mounds, weeds ugh, you name it. I left out for work in the morning, and returned home to a beautiful driveway I'm now so proud of, immediate curb-appeal boost. I would take advantage of his experience, knowledge, and fair pricing. They are professional, clean and respectful of my neighbors and even power washed the street after the project was completed! "We had a large tree stump that ruined our driveway and caused extensive buckling. Dio Construction did the job in two parts - first pulled up over the stump. Then once the stump was gone, came back to repave the whole surface. They added 2" of new asphalt to the entire driveway (large driveway and basketball area in back). We also had it extended on the side and back. It looks amazing and we can now use the driveway to access our garage. The grade of paving is perfect. The weather was challenging, but Dio Construction kept in contact with us and even worked with us on a deadline that we requested. Great company who we would work with again if the need arose."

"Perfectly. Carl met with me for a challenging problem/project I had previously hired (years ago) another contractor to solve/install. It involved installing a natural stone “stairway,“ with landings, on two small hills. The previous contractor did not succeed. Carl assessed and knew instantly what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable price, communicated effectively, always showed up on time with his crew and, at the risk of sounding hyperbolic, did a perfect job. Every member of his crew was customer and project focused. I already plan to welcome them back for another project elsewhere on my property."

"We hired John Elliott General Contractor to do a wide range of work. Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. He is professional with exceptional honesty. We have used their services in the past and we will be hiring them in the future for additional work."
