"Fine Tree Care was totally professional and did a great job. It was a very tall tree removal and trimming project for the power lines to the house. One of the most impressive things was the removal and clean up afterwards….you would not know they had done the work they did. Am already recommending them to a friend who needs tree work."

"Extremely poor experience - as someone who worked for this company & reported directly to the owner, I can say based off of my personal experience that in my 20+ years of working, never have I seen a company with this poor of a setup across all areas. From my experiences being very close to the business, I witnessed many actions that were extremely unethical, both related towards employees & customers. As a customer looking for tree work, here are just a few personal concerns I have with Strobert compared to other businesses (can?t speak on some of the worst ones here): - insanely high pricing, 3x to 4x what many other companies price for the same work/service - poor customer experience based on my experience from working here, witnessed 100% turnover, making it rare to have trained/educated support, leading to poor customer svc - unethical behaviors (won?t list them all), but for ie: promoting discounts, but never actually providing a discount, prices are raised to offset discount"

As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question.
