"Everything went fine, except for a minor connection failure showing up which was taken care of immediately and at no cost to me. Chris and Jodi even gave me two different tips that saved service calls on other issues; one a safety button that we had activated on the dryer and the other a filter problem (clogged) on the washer; a filter I didn't even know existed.

"Had subfloor around the toilet in master bath replaced. Also had tile removed and replaced with vinyl floating floor. Estimate and work was done in a timely manner. Cost was very reasonable. Communication was great except for color choice on the flooring when the preferred color was not available. Would have been willing to pay a little more to get the right color. Being that this is a rental not a deal breaker. Overall, would recommend and use again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
