"I needed assistance with repairing an exterior house door. I contacted KMA Home Improvement and was informed that Kris could be at my house in half an hour to assess the door and inform me of cost. He was very prompt, looked at the door and told me he had the tools, the knowledge and the time to fix the door. I was estactic and of course said yes. Job was completed and he showed me how everything worked and cleaned up. Very professional and kind. I will contact this company again when I need some work done at my home."

They were on time, professional and did a killer job on front and side door and screen door install, couldn't be happier, and how much better our house looks with the addition of new doors! Sliding glass door is up next!!! guys back to do sliding door couple weeks later and once again couldn't be happier, with timely arrival, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for their customers!! "Move Ahead Services was very easy to work with and quoted exactly what I needed. I tried another local company who quoted 4x as much because they didn't listen to what I needed. We needed to move from a storage facility to our new home. Heather listened to what I was looking for and quoted only what would be needed for the job. They sent a 26' Box Truck and three movers. The movers were extremely professional. I provided a few instructions and they too care of the rest. They had the truck loaded in two hours including padding, strapping, and protecting my furniture. It took another hour to travel to my house and unload everything. We did not use the movers to do any disassembly or reassembly which reduced the 6-8 hour estimate to 3 hours total. I'd easily use them again."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."
