"Rick Davis was very responsive and professional; his painters were also very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.  They stripped the wood trim down to the bare wood, used special primer to stop peeling on the west side of the house.  Rick also facilitated a contractors to come in and fix some stucco issues and minor repairs before the house was painted.  Rick Davis is one of the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable contractors I have dealt with in quite some time.  I can highly recommend him and his workers.  I thought we got an $8000 paint job for half the price."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. After they left a plasterer came in and repaired all of the holes in the walls to change out the plumbing. I had minimal problems and would surely recommend this company.

The crew came out a few days before painting to pressure wash our house. They returned and started taping and preparing for paint. They completed all necessary small repairs to the house prior to paint. We gave them the paint colors and they went and bought the paint for us. They extended the deal they received on the paint to us. They completed all the work per agreement. They did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with. We had no troubles at all. They are very busy people so the communication wasn't always on time, but; when it came down to it they did what they said they would do and our house looks like a brand new house! "Michael Wilke understood how I wanted the finished bathroom to look. I have a mid-century house and wanted to redo this bathroom in authentic tile and in the same style. I ordered the wall tile from B&W in the exact colors that I wanted, and Michael provided a white floor tile to complement what I picked for the vanity top and shower. Michael and his assistant always showed up on time and were meticulous about using drop cloths and cleaning up at the end of the work day. Michael does a very professional job and it is clear that he knows his trade and has had years of training and practice. The finished bathroom is better than I had imagined and just beautiful. Michael and his assistant also installed drywall in various areas in my house where it had been removed to take out the old pipes. They did a great job with this as well and Michael put a lot of effort into getting the texture just right on the new drywall so that it would match the existing drywall. Michael is all that you would want in a contractor - his prices are fair and reasonable, he shows up when expected and works hard while on the job, and he cleans up after he is done. As an added bonus, Michael gave me produce from his garden! He's a nice man, honest and hard-working. I will always call him first for home repairs."
