What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"FD General Contractors were so nice, professional and Davis and Franklin were so accommodating. When they finished installing the fence they made sure I was satisfied with the work they did, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when done. I would highly recommend this company."

"Everything went great. From first contact to installation. Would recommend Renewal by Andersen."

"“Super happy with the work from Barrier Windows! We worked with Neil in measuring and ordering my mom’s window and he was awesome. The crew came out and completed the work in 1/2 day. My mom lives in an older home and was worried about any challenges the crew may encounter but the install went smooth. Neil was professional, friendly, truly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I recommend Barrier Windows.” Peggi Little"

"this is the second time we have had Legacy work on our home. Our home was built in 1992 and the windows and doors were not looking as good as we wanted. This time around we replaced 12 windows and two doors. Legacy also painted a fence for us and replaced some cedar that was bad"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Matt was extremely responsive and consultative during the sales process, far more so than some of their similarly well reviewed competitors. It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. The installation was a little later than initially expected, though I said I wasn't in a hurry. The installation started and finished on time. The crew was professional and respectful. I was impressed with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely use the home improvement company again."

"The cost ended up being a lot more then the 999.00 for the service they were offering.  I thought I could do my crawl space for the 999.00,  The person I talked to said that the ad did not represent the service well.   I thought I was getting what  I wanted only to find out that it would be a few thousand more.  I don't know that gentleman was misrepresenting the company, just maybe poor communication.
I did not dig up the papers that have all the facts in them.  We are in the middle of moving and not sure where things are.  This is the best I can do from my feeble memory.

"Adjusted an exterior door and installed a storm door. And applied the inside and outside trim work. Door looks great!"

"Mr. Pickett was honest and prompt with his quote and work. No surprises at the end. If there were unforeseen circumstances he addressed them with the best possible solution. He also remodeled my master bath at the same time. Installed two interior doors. All on an emergency type time frame as we needed to move across country as soon as possible for family. His prices were below market and very fair. He did his best to keep as close to his original quote as possible even with unanticipated project surprises. I would use him again if I were staying in the area and recommend him."
