He provided a quote and I accepted. He went straight to work and installed our three faucets and replaced/updated the shut-off valves (over 19 years old). I also appreciate the cleanliness of the job - even with a rainy day outside. He was willing to answer all my questions on all the features of old and new plumbing. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."
