Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."

Shawn Douglas plumber installed the new frost free exterior faucet that was twelve inches long and inside my house installed a shut off valve; furthermore, the plumbing code recommended. He neatly cut a small square box in the panel in the Den to find the pipe. After he found the pipe he installed a shut off valve for the frost free exterior faucet. His measurement was exactly correct to find the hidden pipe behind the outdoor wall. He explained that the exterior faucet should have a separate shut off valve. He had great rapport with the customer that is me and I was impressed that he used a lever to balance the frost free exterior faucet. I do not about any customer that was not satisfied with his work but he receive a five star rating for this job."

"Matt, Paul and Jonathan arrived on time ready to work. They explained what they were going to do and started by insuring our house would be protected from removal of the old system. Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. After they left, I took one more look around the house and noticed they forgot to put putty around the opening of the house were the pipes and wire entered. i thought no big deal i'll just get some and do it myself, about an hour later, Matt rang the doorbell and said he saw the putty in the truck when he got back to the office and on his way home from a long days work stopped by to finish the job. Honest hard working people."

"We hired WWW to do a system check . The crew came out at the appointed time and called ahead. We didn't really understand the components of the system but they explained everything thoroughly. They tested the water at the well and the tab and recommended to disconnect one of the cylinders. They replaced a few broken clips without charging extra. We are very happy with the work performed."
