"Kasa/Arturo and his team did a fantastic job with our landscaping. We needed a full overhaul of our backyard (sod, sprinklers, and rockwall repair) and the team did not disappoint! Highly recommend Kasa to anyone in need of any outdoor landscaping/maintenance!"

"I hired DR Construction for structural roof repair and soffit replacement. Danny was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He provided us with a detailed quote, work schedule, and service contract. He and his team hit the quoted price exactly. Best of all, the work looks great and was finished on time. I'm looking forward to working with Danny again, and I recommend his company highly."

"Our century-old home requires regular updates and maintenance. The contractor consistently provides excellent service, punctuality, and accommodates our schedule. He communicates updates throughout the day, explains process, materials, and cost is upfront. The pricing is fantastic. I highly recommend and would hire them again."

"Excellent work and attention to detail. Concrete block required knowledge of correct application and type of paint. This company came equipped with the knowledge and experience required to do superior work. This is the second project they have completed for us and we will hire them again in the near future. Thank you, KS Industries!"

"It went GREAT!!!! HIghly recommend Quality Concrete and Landscape! Wanted to interview 4 contractors for my large project but Quality Concrete were the only ones who showed up on the same day I called to set up the interview. One contractor didn't bother to call back, and the other 2 were a no show. Quality Concrete and Landscape (Tim Akers) took the time to listen to all what I had wanted to do to my front and back yards, gave me recommendations, and gave me an estimate. Mr Tim Akers was honest enough to tell me their company was and quot;not the cheapest or the most expensive but our product quality is the best and we can get the job done in 4-5 days.and quot; Mr Tim Akers had a tablet to show me their other beautiful finished jobs and I was sold. They arrived early on the appointed day and got straight to work. All the labors were professional, polite, and constantly working. I noted that they would rotate their tasks when they showed fatigue....it was kinda cool. I never saw a laborer 'slack off' or be disrespectful. The owner of Quality Concrete and Landscape was also the 'foreman' of the job and showed up everyday and stayed all day to direct the work. They did a great job and finished my front and back yards in 4 days!!! Couldn't be more happier!!! I highly highly recommend this company!!!! <br />"

"Patrick did the estimate and he was very friendly, very helpful and intelligent. We received 4-5 bids and Patrick was the only one that listened to what we wanted and had good suggestions. He took measurements and drew a diagram of what the finished product would look like. The price seemed reasonable but our decision to hire them was based heavily on the work that Patrick did. The day the work started we were impressed by how quickly the work was getting done. Everything seemed prefect until my wife and I had a couple conversations with Chris (the owner) that raised a few red flags. Chris complained to my wife and then later to me about how the job was under bid. He said he was using more material than was quoted and he also mentioned that he had to do some work that was not included in the bid. Almost every conversation we had after that included a reference to him losing money. It turned out that Chris actually put rock in a section of the yard that was not on the bid or contract. It probably was best for the area to be covered with rock, but he should have talked to us before doing it. We could have even adjusted the contract and paid for it so we could have avoided all the abrasive conversations that resulted from it. There was a large area in the front of the yard that was supposed to be rocked that he missed and when I contacted him about it, he threatened that if he came out and measured everything they did we would end up owing him money. I told him to come out, by all means and lets get it straightened out. He then sent me a text to let me know that Patrick was going to come out and work things out with me. I could not believe that Chris could be in business for very long with the attitude that he had taken toward me when I had done nothing wrong, so I asked Patrick why Chris was so hostile toward me. Patrick indicated that it was a personal problem that unfortunately got transferred over into our professional agreement. Patrick was very understanding toward us and toward Chris and he said he would make everything right. He finished filling in the rock that was missing along with one other thing that was missed. The job overall was done very well. The quality was above average. I think if Chris had been able to visit the job site prior to beginning work and before signing the final contract the errors and abrasive conversations would have been averted. I would recommend having this company bid your job but I would be cautious to make sure the job is clearly understood before beginning work. <br />"

"Decorative Concrete Services did a fantastic job for all 3 of our projects. We had a large project for our backyard and side patio area that came out amazing! It included concrete, stamped concrete, tile, turf, custom planters with lighting and drip system. After witnessing the outstanding work Edgar and his team performed with our first project we had him back for 2 other projects. First, for our front yard and side of our house (stamped concrete, turf, brushed concrete) and second, at my parent’s house (driveway, walkways, planters, rock wall, landscape rock). Edgar is a great communicator/collaborator helping you make your vision come to life. He is open and honest about what is possible during the planning stages so you know exactly what to expect for your project. He does exceptional work and doesn’t forget about the details."

"My Technician was Malachi and he was very friendly and professional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what he was doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. He finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area better than when he started. We are very satisfied with his work and will continue to use Sun City for my heating, plumbing and cooling needs. "
