"This is for sure the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their shipment dates and the quality of their installation is awful. I ordered 2 doors for 10,000 dollars on May 24, 2022. After promising date after date they finally came September 27, 2022. The installation of the doors was a nightmare. We had 3 guys: one guy had no idea what he was doing, the second guy knew not much more, and the guy in charge did not know much more than the second guy. They put on a new front and back door. The handles on the door are crooked as a snake. Also after the salesman plainly told me they would put the storm doors back on, the contractor told me he would do neither. They said they didn't have time. One more thing, none of the guys knew how to put the key locks in the doors. They tried telling me they were the wrong ones and would not fit. My brother in law came over later in the evening and figured the locks out in 5 minutes. These are 3 rookie contractors trying to put in 5,000 a piece doors. If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service and crappy installation, then this is the place for you. As for me, I will never do business with this pitiful company again. One last thing I wanted to mention is beware of the salesman Brad Juchatz . He is nothing but a complete LIAR ."

"I had an awning "emergency" wherein my HOA finally approved my project, but the company I had gotten quoted with was MIA when I reached out to get the project done in my allotted 30-day window. I found Marygrove of the Triangle on Google & reached out before I left for work. By EOD, Ken had not only contacted me but had made time to swing by my house to measure & quote that day! (I greatly appreciated not only his responsiveness but his ability to adapt to my ASAP request and make due with a phone consult that didn't require me to race home early or on a lunch break from work.) The Marygrove awning was an excellent deal compare to the 2 previous quotes I received. Not only was it $800 cheaper than my previous vendor, but it also included LED lighting -- a nice perk my other vendors didn't offer but would have charged extra for if they did. Despite being the busy season, the awning came in 2 weeks early and Ken with his FANTASTIC team installed on a SUNDAY so that they could get mine and a number of other just-in orders installed before the 4th of July holiday. The awning looks great and makes a big difference on our patio. I would definitely order from Marygrove/Ken again. This was by far the most uncomplicated and pain-free home improvement project we've had yet!"
