They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "We wanted to update our kitchen and create more storage space. The cabinets we had were builder-grade, dark cherry, with a raised-panel door style. We also wanted to replace our electric range with a gas range as well as remove the microwave over the range and replace with a hood. We hired KitchenTune-Up who was great in offering advice on how we could create better storage space and what my options were for the microwave and hood. We ended up redooring in an offwhite shaker door style, reconfiguring the refridgerator area to add a new utility cabinet as well as replaced the "closet" pantry with a utility pantry. Love all the roll-out trays. I finally got all my appliances and cookware in the kitchen. They also built me a custom island to replace the one I had, which included a drawer microwave and pull-out trash bins. I don't know how many times I have told my husband, I love my kitchen now."
