We found Gordon to be very professional, easy to work with, and made good suggestions that helped to lower the cost of the job, which was a very competitive one. We liked that Mr. Frazier would be on-site and oversee the agreed upon work the entire time. Our dead trees and several of the trees with dead limbs were near our buried septic tank and sewer lines running to the septic field. Other tree services were still interested in using large bucket trucks as much as possible, while avoiding these areas. But Gordon Frazier eased our concerns by not using any heavy bucket trucks. Instead each tree was climbed by an individual using ropes who would remove limbs and trunk in pieces, tying the larger pieces to ropes so they could be gently lowered to the ground. The job was completed in one day. Overall they did an excellent job and we are very happy with their work. They arrived at the appointed time, performed all the agreed upon work as quoted, removed limbs and branches by chipping them, and cleaned up afterwards. We definitely would hire them again, and recommend them to everyone."
