He then dug a trench to add a new pipe and to also to equalize the water pressure. He was like a “water whisperer” solving a problem that stumped other folks."

The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with. After a large project we followed up with a few smaller ones and plan to do more. I liked his crew as well: attention to details, keeping job site clean during the work and after. Highly recommend!"

"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."

"SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. Job was done properly, they cleaned the house when they finished and it was a pleasure to do business with them."

"We just completed our remodel with Future Vision and are walking away happy customers and deeply appreciative of the heart they put into our home and project. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 3 bathrooms (1 with a major reconfiguration of the layout), 1 bar, 2 fireplaces, 1 mudroom and recessed lighting throughout the house. This is also our forever home, so quality of work was of utmost importance. This project spanned over 5-6 months. Timing was really driven by us and delays in materials due to the pandemic or changing our minds. There were no delays on Jacob’s side. I had the joy of working with Jacob, our Project Manager, our Designer, Jacob’s team and our architect. When they say customer service and communication are at the center of their values and goals as a company, I do agree. — In terms of customer service, this was always at the center of the project. If it mattered enough to me, Jacob and team would make things happen no matter how small or large. Of course, with all projects with multiple parties, there are competing incentives, but I always felt like we landed at a fair compromise and making me happy was the most important goal of them all. This means a lot to me because over the course of the project we discussed things from them helping me with a surprise water leak from a faulty gutter (not their fault) to me literally marking areas where I wanted even the smallest corner re-grouted and they fulfilled their promise. I also loved shopping with our designer, which were great retail locations they have strong relationships with. — In terms of communication, they are also top-notch. A key reason why I chose 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design over other companies was my first meeting with Jacob. He is a straight shooter and always sticks to his word. This is an art. Jacob always set clear and realistic expectation upfront on what would delay us or add costs to the project. If he promised, he would fix something he would. Jacob and his team were also very available and quick to communicate via chat or phone. I always felt very supported because they always made themselves available. Remodeling your home is an emotional journey, so this is extremely important. — Lastly, I would also say that I walked away feeling like working with a team with “heart.” Jacob’s team became people I enjoyed seeing an interacting with regularly. They are very professional and know that their job is not simply to remodel a house, but that their job is to create a home for a family. I don’t know of a more important calling than this. Thank you Jacob and team for all you did for our family and we look forward to working with you in the future."

"Having an older house comes with the kinds of problems that Doran and D&D was made for. We were so fortunate to come across this company. Despite being a Saturday, Doran recognized the urgency of our issue, came out to visit late in the day (and at great distance) and literally help us avoid a potential fire. We’d had another company out earlier that day on an emergency basis and their quote was not only ridiculous, but it was clear the lack of experience in the electrician sent. On first appearance, Doran is kind, cheerful and humorous. Interesting guy! But he carries all the expertise in his thinking and process. He is incredible! You cannot fake experience. He works not only to diagnose but SOLVE the core issues of what’s going on. He came up with a solution and definitive plan of action - at an incredibly fair price."
