"They were on time and kept us in the loop prior arriving. The movers were top notch - obvious this is what they do for a living. Unreal the amount of items they fit into the truck - expert packing. The truck itself was large and part of a new fleet. These guys were careful but quick and kept telling us that there intent was to move us on time and budget without sacrificing any part of the move. "Revised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward."

"Nate and crew performed my move from a Condo with a "mile long hallway", with speed and precision. They then unloaded the truck into a Pack-Rat for me. Amazing is the only word I can use for the gentleman (forgot name, darn), that packed a portion of my belongings into the Pack-Rat, he literally made my jaw drop, the way he filled every inch of space. Nate and the guys also staged my bedroom furniture, carefully into the bedroom. I will definitely use Nate again, definitely! He was referred to me by my Grand-Son-In-Law, whose best friend hired Nate for his move. I now highly recommend Nate and First Class Moving Systems to everyone!"

"Tracy and Jamie were great. They repaired a lot of cedar siding rot as well as replacing supporting 2x4s where they were rotten. The areas they worked on were quite large. They also did extra things that I didn't even ask for. I would definitely hire them again and probably will."

"Mr. Bob Addis was our salesman.  We called for an appointment for an estimate and he arrived on time.  He asked a few questions and then walked through the house, checking every single item.  He was very professional and personable.  We accepted the estimate and scheduled the move from Miami to Central Florida.  On moving day, the truck arrived with three men who were very pleasant and began wrapping and boxing.  This part, including preparing the large pieces of furniture, took two days.  On day three, they loaded.  Two days later, they met us at our new residence and began unpacking.  I will be honest here and say that we were anxious to see the damage after reading reviews of other companies prior to our choosing this one.  We anticipated that whatever could go wrong, would.  That was a wasted moment of anxiety as the guys did a beautiful job.  We had one minor scratch on an end table after all was said and done.  Not bad enough to even mention.   Everyone was very careful with our new wood floors, which we greatly appreciated.  There was only a $2. difference between the estimate and the actual cost.  A good experience all around. <br /> <br />"
