"I called Moe because I had other welders look at it but none of them did aluminum welding (who knew there was a difference?). He was very kind, polite and most importantly, had good Google reviews...I always check Angie's list but didn't find anything that looked like it would work and he wasn't on here (he will be now). <br /> Since this was a client's house, he kept me abreast of the situation, got in touch with them, and went out and had it welded back on within an hour (sometimes they aren't that easy, if it is the main pole - the power has to be turned off and some things taken apart). <br /> He was able to repair it, paint it, and make it good as new. He uses the "Square" phone app, so you can pay by credit card immediately. <br /> He was very easy to work with and I would most certainly recommend him to others who need a welding repair. <br />"

"<p>Our AC went out on Saturday evening.  On Sunday morning we reviewed providers of AC services on Angie's list.  My husband also went to yellow pages to see how the considered providers presented themselves in their ads.  We decided on Howard Heating because the yellow pages ad said their phones were staffed 24/7 instead of relying on answering machines and voicemail.  We called mid-morning.  We got an answering machine!  My husband left a message requesting a call back.  It is now 1:30 and we have not heard from Howard Heating.  We have resolved our situation with another provider, for whom I have also left a review.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>UPDATE:  On July 31, 2014, I received a very polite letter of apology from Mr. Howard, in which he provides a very reasonable explanation for the lack of response from his company representative.  The text of that letter actually appears in his response to my original review.  I am appreciative of his taking the time to get in touch with me personally by letter.  He also enclosed a gift card to a local restaurant (value of which I do not know) with the comment "Please enjoy a meal on us."   I have changed my overall rating from F to C because of his explanation.  If given the choice on the Angie's List review form, I would also have changed my response to " Would you use this provider again in the future?"  from "No" to "I probably would give them another opportunity" as acknowledgement of Mr. Howard's prompt response to my criticism and his intent to ensure that situation is not repeated.  <br /> <br /> </p>"

"Someone hit our decorative cast aluminum mailbox and knocked it over, snapping the post.  I called Paul and asked him to come repair it.  He was there within a couple of hours and welded the damaged post back to good-as-new condition in short order.  He was very friendly and pleasant, his pricing reasonable and his work top-notch.  I will certainly call him again should the need arise."
