Their quote contains how much per foot they charge for dry rot repair. They were the only roofing company that emailed us our quote in a day. The others took over a month. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof.
