Our only complaint is they didn't call to schedule the installation when the shingles arrived, we called them. "The service provider was polite and did a good job; however, he stated that the edges of the carpet were stained from years of dust and that he would not be able to clean that. I sprayed carpet cleaner on it myself and was able to make it look much better."
