"I called Gold Construction in the fall of 2021 when I was having water damage to an upstairs bedroom ceiling. Tony came out and assessed the problem of flashing around the chimney and squeezed me into his schedule to get it resolved before winter. I informed Tony that I was also having ongoing issues with moisture on the outer walls and ceilings in the upstairs room for years and had various contractors offer their opinions of the situation (not one of them roofing) when Tony did an inspection of the previous roofing job on my dormer and found several issues. He recommended having the dormer redone with a rolled roof and reinforced the plywood above the gutters. He took photos before, during and after of the entire process explaining what needed to be corrected. I have had no problems at all during this past winter. I am so grateful to Tony and his crew. I also had Gold tear off and replace my garage roof last month because of its age and condition and they did an outstanding job. His crew is amazing. The yard was spotless when they left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely have them redo the front of my Cape when the times comes."

"I contacted AAA Home Improvement to resolve a problem with squirrels and birds building nests in my soffit located on the second story. Squirrels chewed their way in the side soffit and corner post. Access was extremely difficult for repair. Scott’s crew Keith and Ray remedied the situation sealing access and replaced the corner sliding post. They also worked magic replacing older siding on my home that had been damaged with multiple screw holes. Mixing and matching old and new siding was a challenge but Keith and Ray accomplished the impossible with professional wisdom and expertise. "Anthony was absolutely amazing from WNY Roofing. His professionalism could not be out done. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. I wish I had gone to Anthony first, as he not only was always very professional and timely with the job that his company performed, he also provided me critical assistance and a recommendation, that even though it took time, resulted in the Insurance company being forced to pay for the entire roof replacement. His suggestion was key in getting this approved and I highly recommend asking him about it if you have difficulty with your insurance company. This is the one company I will recommend from now on, for any roofing needs you may have. Thank you so much Anthony!"

"Tom & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, personable, courteous and efficient. When I first contacted him, he came out promptly, discussed the job in detail and quoted a very reasonable price. Once the work commenced, the roof was replaced in one day except for an hour of follow up the following morning. My wife and I were extremely pleased and also planned on having him replace a roof on our rental property at a later date. When the job was completed, Tom suggested that we replace the gutters and also added that they don't do gutter work. I agreed with Tom and contacted another contractor to replace my gutters. When the gutter contractor started their work, they pointed out a potential problem and suggested I discuss it with the roofer before they continue the job. Once done, they would come back and complete the gutters. I agreed and contacted Tom. Over the course of over two weeks Tom & I sporadically exchanged phone calls. He explained that he was busy which is completely understandable and that he would get back to me and check out the problem. He did not return phone calls as promised nor did he take the time to check out the potential problem. Therefore, we had the gutters completed without his input. Since we were so pleased with the roof installation this was a disappointment to us. Despite this, I would use Storm Roofing again and I will continue to recommend them. I'm just sorry he couldn't take a half hour out of his time and check out a possible problem for us."
