"The reason I am giving a 3 is that I specifically asked for Spring Cleaning with kitchen walls and cupboards scrubbed down, ceilings and walls dusted throughout our home, etc., and other than a few cupboards and the counters being wiped down, the rest was untouched. I had to scrub the walls stove hood and some cabinets after she left. I am also going to have to rewash my 2 patio windows and living room window because they are not clean. My other problems were she made me sign a contract which I explained I cannot commit to a regular cleaning service. My husband is very ill and I do not know what tomorrow holds. I asked if it was legally binding and she said not for you, this is so I know not to bother you once a month or every other month. I just file it away. And finally, she has not had any Covid vaccines. My husband is critically ill and that is critically important to us. I did not ask her at the outset but figured going in and out of senior homes, that would have been a priority. She did wear a mask which I did request."
