First and foremost Jeremy knows what he's doing and his crew knows what their doing. He has trained his crew to execute work without him having to be right there on top of them. After he laid out the work and gave them their instructions they performed expertly and efficiently without his direct supervision. Jeremy did make frequent visits during the work to check on progress and how things were going. Quality of the work was outstanding. Jeremy was very prompt to return my initial call, make appointment to make a proposal, establish a date to do the work and to complete the work. He had several really good ideas to make the project even more attractive than I had envisioned. That was during the initial call so was included in the quoted price, Not the typical contractor "add-on" or "extra".
