Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. He showed us a filter which we knew nothing about and had never been replaced since it was installed 10 years ago. Previous service workers had never shown us it was there. Matthew also vacuumed up a lot of debris leaving our floor spotless. Best service we've ever had."
