"Let?s start with my yard was a total mess before i hired these guys. I had over grown shrubs, the ground was uneven, there was remnants of a previous walkway the previous owners had put in the yard. I called Boston?s best asphalt and construction to come and discuss what we could do to fix this huge mess. After some pretty lengthy discussions back and forth we decided on grading the whole area, we installed a retaining wall to take care of one area of the yard, we installed a new patio and matching walkway around the whole exterior of my property. We also repaired front and back steps and installed granite caps on the steps and new railings. Oh my gosh I can?t believe the difference in my home, it looks so amazing!!! I am definitely going to take care of the driveway in the next few months and I won?t be going to anyone else but bostons best asphalt they truly are THE best!! "I cannot recommend Everlast. Hired to resurface concrete on raised masonry block terrace over garage, repoint 2 sets brick stairs, and sand, paint hand rails. Ended up doing just the stairs because they kept raising price, lacked skills, and did not seem to know codes. Kept redefining work as nonstructural to avoid permit. Lower stairs repointing was sloppy and took 3 tries for minor repairs to be level, flush without cracked bricks. They rebuilt terrace stairs 3 times: 1st time on existing disintegrating blocks, 2nd time rises were too high and tread depths varied across steps. 3rd time they switched to cheap bricks without telling me and forgot to raise left handrail, so rails are different heights and had to cut bricks around lower runner. They raised project cost 65 percent early on and collected half down. He would only refund $3k of $13k I paid if I signed a form saying I would not submit ANY online reviews. I refused and am out $13k with stairs that have to be rebuilt."
