He is polite, hilarious, and genuine in answering questions and explaining things (including accurate pricing estimates) over the phone. The website describes a variety of skills his team has without having to hire a specialist like a plumber or an electrician. They have done fantastic work for me over the past three weeks. I am a single female and didn't feel at all uncomfortable being alone with Alex or Adam Jr in my dark basement. Very friendly guys with zero creep factor. Alex hung two TV's for me, one on a concrete wall in the basement and one on plywood that I wasn't sure I could trust to hold the weight. Adam spent the day with me, hanging a kitchen/garage door that he picked up for me, and fixing leaks under a laundry and kitchen sink that had been "repaired" twice before by a local not-very-handy-man.
