Avoided phone calls until it was time to pay him. Fencing sat on our back patio all summer until finally finished in August. We only had one side of our yard done. And the whole reason we finished fencing our yard is because we got a dog. There is such a big gap by the gate that our dog can get out anyway. Why bother calling them to fix it because I know Giles won't do anything about it anyway. Also, provided the same type of service to a friend. Unfortunately, we hired him around the same time, so neither of us knew how terrible he would be to work with."
