I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. "Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."
