Once I accepted Sextonâ s bid I requested an expedited repair due to some upcoming travel and they generously accommodated despite short notice. I had searched for many months for a contractor willing to tackle the job. This included coordinating with the owner above me who also hired Easter to do his balcony. From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment.
