On Juan’s initial visit, we discussed at length what I wanted to have done and the various areas of concern. He explained how he would address those areas, putting me at ease about his deep knowledge and experience, and the level of detail and precision he uses in his approach to his work. Juan also did a very good job at managing my expectations. He provided me with a cost estimate and let me know the cost range for certain areas due to unknowns. He showed me his proposal template so I knew what to expect when I received it. He even volunteered a copy of his insurance policy so I knew I didn’t have to be concerned with potential liability issues in case of an accident or injury. Finally, as promised, his team showed up everyday until the job was completed. I could not be happier with the result – it is just a beautiful job! So beautiful in fact that I also asked Juan to do my kitchen. I highly recommend him."

So much time is spent prepping the walls before painting even begins - not just fixing the holes from things like picture hangers but looking for nail pops, cracks, uneven spots, you name it - they want the end result to be as close to perfect as possible. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
