"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

Tony identified the really rough areas & cut them out & prepared those areas for new asphalt…and then paved over the entire driveway with new asphalt. The crew did an amazing job! I also had them install a 5 footI apron at the end of my driveway. It is red brick framed with salt & pepper granite blocks. Again, the crew did a fantastic job on the apron. "OTONIEL LANDSCAPING & MASONRY INC “ Exceptional Contractor in both Craftsmanship and Professionalism.” OTONIEL LANDSCAPING & MASONRY INC I recently sought a contractor to replace and rebuild my patio and OTONIEL LANDSCAPING & MASONRY INC, answered my call. Project Overview: The job entailed completely demolishing the existing concrete patio (approximately16x20 ft) as well as the existing sitting wall which sat on top of one side of the patio,(approximately 24 ft in total length) and rebuilding both. A small concrete pad adjacent to the patio ( Approximately 45 in x13 ft) was also included in the demolishing and rebuilding. The existing bushes behind the sitting wall were removed as were their roots and six new Arborvitae trees were planted in their place and mulch was put down around the trees. The mason also made a foundation repair on the outside of the house where an area around a basement window needed repointing,"

"My house is on a little bit of a hill. Over the years, the retaining wall and brick columns lean out. I had just asked Franky to push it all back and repair the brick columns. This was incredibly difficult because of a concrete slab in one section and a large chunk of concrete attached to the bottom of the wall in another section. He had to repeatedly pushed and pushed on this wall until it was in the original position. After that, he drilled holes in the walls, the brick columns and the slabs, then inserted rebar and poured concrete to tie it all together. This was not part of what I asked him to do, but now, thanks to his hard work, this wall is probably 10 times stronger than it's ever been. In addition to that, in our sweeping up the area each day, I had pointed out a section of the sidewalk where one section was sticking up about an inch higher than the other, creating a big trip hazard. This was the city's responsibility, yet he took the time to do a very professional repair that I'm sure the city would be very impressed by. As I mentioned, this is one of the hardest working guys I've seen. You won't be disappointed by his work."
