"A few weeks ago, I had Arch Exteriors come to my house to assess the condition of a roof replacement I got done recently. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her roof done last year. The roof replacement on my house was performed by a different contractor but a roof leak that occurred during a thunderstorm 3 months after it was replaced made me feel like something wasn’t right. Camden of Arch Exteriors came to my house right on time for the appointment. He was very understanding of the situation and got on my roof to check it out. The roof ended up being a poorly installed roof and Camden went into detail with all the points of concern, taking close up pictures for me to view. He even offered to take me up to the roof and I appreciated how engaging he was to help me understand the situation. Camden was very knowledgeable, being specific about what went wrong with the previous replacement. Camden then did something that was beyond the expectation of a contractor who was stopping by for a free estimate. He took it upon himself to use a roof sealant he had on hand to try to fill all the holes and gaps that the previous contractor left, just to give me a peace of mind for a few weeks while I sort out my finances and figure out a plan to get a second roof replacement done. Although I didn’t end up pursuing a project with Arch Exteriors, I am incredibly grateful for how far this company will go to care for a customer, without expecting anything in return. They even offered some helpful advice on how to handle the situation with the previous contractor. I definitely recommend this company to others and they will be the first business I will contact for any exterior house service I will need in the future."

"I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement.  The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price.  Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days.  He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used.  Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks.  Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable.  His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris.  I would definitely recommend this company. <br />"

"It went very well. I received for estimates, ranging from $2950 to $4500. Politz Enterprises' estimate is $2950. I intended to have it done in May when the temperature is better for the shingles. But the company had it scheduled and done in early February. It's been two months since it was done. No leaks or any issues so far. On the quality rating, I currently gave it a N/A because I will updated it after the summer when I have more time to see if any problem develops. But so far, I have not had any problems."

He examined our roof, knew exactly what to order and within a week roofing material was delivered and we had a new roof. The old roof was removed and the new roof put on all in one day! They did an amazing job! It looks so good! They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves making the property look better than when they first arrived. "The estimate was free. The estimate was for a roof replacement over my house and my garage. They were quick. They were responsive, but they were much less communication about the estimate. They were basically, "Yeah, we'll be there Friday". Friday kind of came and went and I called back to even see if they had even come to check it because I didn't have that day for the estimate. It was a little more vague. Had they even really been here? Or not? Whereas the other folks, they were here. I was actually here when they were here. I don't want to make it like it was vague because I wasn't here. They just never said, "hey, we're coming out today" or "hey, we were there yesterday". They were like "we'll be out this week" and then the next week were like, "oh yeah, our guy came out". For improvement, I would recommend they serve an immediate followup to them having come out to do the estimate. I would recommend that within 24 hours of them being at your house, they call and say, "hey, Mr. Stottlemyer, we were at your house yesterday and just wanted to let you know we're working on your estimate" so you know that they have actually been there. Everybody was really close on the price. There wasn't really a whole lot of interaction. I just didn't like the whole idea of not letting someone know exactly when someone was there. I wouldn't not use them because of that. "
