"A metal roof was installed as part of the construction of a new residence. The metal roof included incorrect materials that were installed improperly. "Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH. After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof. Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof. We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH. SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !

"June, 2024-informed by insurance company my H/O insurance premium was doubling unless an Impact Resistant roof was installed. Luckily I found Smoky Hill Roofing! New roof installed in 1 day 7/16/2024. 2 minor follow-on items remained: 1. Sam Shelburne, S/H's Gen'l Mgr, came on a weekend to paint roof ventillation turbines; 2.Patio roof chips repaired by Master Craftsman Miguel of First Gutters, after finding cedar material to match 70 year old house, cutting to proper size, installing (akin to putting together a puzzle) caulking and painting with base paint I had. Our home looks great and you'd never know all this work was done. Many thanks to Sam, Charlie, Ruth and Miguel!!!"
