"I had 5 different places give me bids. Not only did Colorado Roof Toppers beat all of their quotes, but they also listened when I said I needed the gutters replaced too. I never had to repeat myself. Scott was on-site both days they were here to check on things. Denise was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. Lupe and the on-site team always seemed to be progressing, there's an eerie silence at lunch because they're so hard at work the rest of the time. They were fast, courteous, and stuck very close to the original quote when we were able to get the work handled. ****They didn't leave a single roofing nail behind.**** If you've ever had a roof done on a house before, you know this nightmare! Honestly, I wish they provided more services, it'd make the next few things we need to have done to the house a lot easier. Definitely recommended!"

"The install itself was fast and relatively pain free, which is why this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star review. However, the windows themselves are awful, to the point where we feel swindled. They were noticeably drafty in the winter, and we can hear literally everything happening outside. Additionally, when doing our taxes this year, we realized that the windows they installed are only certified for energy efficiency in the Southern US -- basically, Florida and Texas. They do not meet the certification standards for Colorado, even though we emphasized energy efficiency as a motivator, inquired multiple times about the rebate process, and after the entire sales pitch was based on how they're based in Colorado and are designed to handle the high UV and swings in temperature. The actual contracts that we received had no information about specific model numbers for the windows either -- they only say 'Infinity' as the brand, so we couldn't have looked it up even if we had the foresight."

"Over a year later and I still have a missing vent, it took almost a year to replace the porch awning, it took almost a year for them to get a permit, I replaced a tire on my suv due to multiple roofing nail left in my drive way and alley way. I was screamed at by my project manage why I asked why they wanted to be paid in full months before the work was supposed to be completed. The sent employees twice to wake up my family and babies at 7am for full payment when the work still isn’t complete, they haven’t paid for my tire. I sent them referrals and my neighbor that used them found a vent not secure properly on their roof. I found it hanging on its side. I regret sending them any referrals. I would rather jump into a den of lions than use this company ever again."

"Full disclosure, this is my first home and I’ve never done a roof, nor utilized insurance for one. Christian was in our neighborhood and started chatting with my husband and actually treated him like a person! We typically aren’t receptive to the “door to door” thing, but Christian is super down to earth and awesome! He checked out our roof and was confidant we could get it covered under our insurance policy. I work full time with two little boys, so not having to worry about anything made it SO easy! Christian worked around my schedule, even conference called my insurance when needed, and (along with Dawn who even called me while her daughter was in labor!!!) was able to handle about 95% of dealing with my insurance and getting everything handled. The actual day of the roofing was great. They dropped the materials the day before and they had the old roof off by about 9:15! In fact, they were SO good that my 10 month old and 3 year old literally napped through the roof going on! Here’s the best part: we have a pretty expensive mini-split AC system with some insulated lines that run across a section of the roof on our garage. The team that did the roof was exceptional in being very careful around those lines and securing them down again once the new roof was installed! I haven’t found a single nail yet, so the net system they use to catch the nails clearly works! It’s been a fantastic experience. To top it all off, Christian happened to be in the area a couple of days ago and actually went out of his way to go buy a broom to sweep our driveway because he noticed some remaining granules! Literally the best experience I could have asked for and I will never recommend anyone else. Christian and the whole team at T Bare took everything off my plate and did a fantastic job, to boot! Over and above is an understatement. Thanks again, guys!"
