"In the end we got we wanted but not without some difficulty along the way. The crew that removed the old concrete slab where the new patio was to be installed was sloppy and unprofessional. They caused damage to existing structures and failed to clean up. Wet concrete dust left on the lawn was tracked all over the newly installed pavers requiring several visits to clean up. Installed pavers were chipped and broken beyond acceptable limits and needed to be replaced. Installed planting of immature plants in the middle of summer resulted in several plants needing to be replaced. The owner's reaction to our complaints was essentially that this was all to be expected and that our standards were unreasonable. They have a great online presence and their work that they show off looks really nice. I don't feel that our experience with them reflects their presentation."

"I can't say enough fantastic things about my experience with Jimmy N and Touch of Green, He worked within our budget, created 3D images of our ideas, and most impressively he started and finished on time and was in constant contact with me throughout. I'm typically underwhelmed when it comes to these types of services, but Touch of Green really blew me away. The other thing I really appreciated was Jimmy wasn't afraid to give me his ideas without being pushy. He listened to what I wanted, but partnered with me to come up with the best solutions within my budget. I couldn't recommend them enough."

"As a new summer season begins, I once again am reminded how frustrated I still am with this job. Maria was hired to replace the concrete floor in the garage, put in a new asphalt driveway with brick edging and apron, put in a new stone and brick stoop and walk. The walkway is fine although the stoop is now pulling away from the house. This work was completed in 2015, so maybe that is the norm. Wouldn't know because Maria never returns phone calls or texts. Our biggest problem was the driveway. She told us she puts the brick in cement so the grass doesn't burn along the edge as it does with a metal edge. Well it doesn't burn because it can't grow. We cannot grow grass up to the bricks because there is a layer of concrete. We cannot chip the concrete away because the bricks loosen up. It looks terrible. Again after months of trying to contact Maria we received no response. Additionally, there is a dip in the asphalt where water collects and ices up in the winter. Again, no response. The cement floor in the garage was supposed to be painted after it cured. Never done and again no response. Initially we considered having Maria do a stone patio in the back but her lack of responsiveness to issues that arose ended that!"

"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."
