He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. Initially, I needed to replace a wall outlet due to a small fire but the main switch was also damaged and needed to be replaced. I also wanted to install a baseboard heater & thermostat in addition to the other repairs. Bill provided excellent service over and above my expectations by making a 100 mile round trip to obtain the necessary supplies to complete the job.
