"I have been using Flor's Cleaning Services for nearly 15 years. During that time, my wife and I moved from a smaller condo to a larger home and had a couple of kids. During all that time, we have never had a problem with Flor's. Not once. The cleaners show up on time, they do a great job, end of story. Once in a while over the years, we have had to hire another cleaning service due to unexpected scheduling issues on our part. These cleaners have been fine, but never as good as what we get from Flor's. I think one reason Flor's is so great is that the proprietors focus on hiring quality people and they retain them. "The staff were on time, very nice and professional. But when was told about cost I wasn’t told it was person first. Second I requested all the appliances be cleaned very well, the oven wasn’t touch nor the bottom drawer of my stove only the top was wiped down, not even the grease buildup on the sides was cleaned. One bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Not sure if or with what they mopped with but it didn’t smell clean. So not fully a good experience!"

"Two young ladies came Memorial Day and did our cleaning. They periodically checked to see if their service was up to standard. When I indicated areas that had not been done, they were prompt to see it was cleaned. In general they did a good job but needed some guidance. We are scheduled for another cleaning in a month and hopefully we'll be able to have a more thorough cleaning and attention to detail then. The young ladies were very nice, respectful as well as their manager which we appreciated."
